Thank you for supporting MePositive Foundation and our mission. We are grateful for your generosity. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding donations made to MePositive Foundation.

1. Nature of Donations

All contributions to MePositive Foundation are considered voluntary donations to support our non-profit mission. Donations are typically final, as they are processed immediately to fund our programs and initiatives.

2. Cancellation of Donations

• One-Time Donations: Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled, as the funds are allocated to support our ongoing programs and operational needs.
• Recurring Donations: If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel future donations at any time by:

  • Cancellation requests must be received at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled donation to ensure it is not processed.

3. Refund Policy

As a non-profit organization, MePositive Foundation relies on donations to fulfil our mission. Therefore, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Error in Donation Amount: If you believe an error occurred (e.g., incorrect donation amount due to a technical issue or user error), please contact us within seven (7) days of the donation. Provide your name, contact information, donation date, amount, and a brief explanation of the issue.
• Unauthorized Donations: If you suspect your donation was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact us immediately at contact@mepositive.org. We will investigate and, if verified, process a refund within thirty (30) days.
• Other Circumstances: Refund requests for other reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of MePositive Foundation. Please submit your request in writing to contact@mepositive.org within seven (7) days of the donation, including relevant details.

4. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within thirty (30) business days of approval.
• If a refund is issued for a donation that qualified for a tax receipt, you may no longer claim a tax deduction for that donation, as applicable under local tax laws.

5. Receipts

Donations to MePositive Foundation may be eligible for tax deductions as permitted by law. A donation receipt will be issued for all qualifying donations. If a refund is processed, the corresponding donation receipt is voided, and you may be required to return it to us.
